Jack Gance is the Executive Chairman and a founder of the Chemist Warehouse Group and one of the most well respected and best known retail brands in Australia with a growing international presence. Jack has a wealth of retail experience and is the Chairman of the Australian Retailers Association. Chemist Warehouse is the 6th largest retailer in Australia, with over $5.8 B in annual sales, across 480 stores. The Chemist Warehouse online platform is the largest online pharmacy in Australia with annualised sales exceeding $500M.
Former Global Chief Risk and Compliance Officer for EML Payments, from 2012 to 2022, and has extensive expertise in the areas of compliance, risk management, fraud and cyber risk management, relationships with card schemes (Mastercard/Visa) and regulators.
Michael has over 3 years ASX listed board experience as the Managing Director of Onthehouse Holdings (ASX:OTH). Michael was also on the Board / CEO of BrickX for approx 12 months before establishing Fu. Prior to Onthehouse, Michael was a corporate / technology lawyer for approx 16 years, including an equity partner with one of Australia’s largest law firms.

Jess has over 15 years Financial Services experience working across banking, insurance, superannuation, credit and financial advice. She has played an integral role in delivering major transformation initiatives across organisations such as Suncorp, Auto & General, Fairfax Media, ANZ, TAB and Facebook.
